These sweet little gems are absolutely delicious and so easy to make. Filled with chocolate, cherries, and almonds they have all the bits for a healthy snack.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Almond Butter or any nut butter
  • 1/2 cup Raw Honey
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract or Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 cups Oats Old Fashion or Quick
  • 2/3 cup Dried Cherries chopped
  • 1/2 cup Almonds chopped
  • 1/3 cup Mini Chocolate Chips if dairy free, buy dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flakes optional
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl whisk together almond butter, honey, almond extract, and cocoa powder.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll into balls. Enjoy!
